Everton, Colourful History Print, Limited Edition

A history in colours. Everton was founded in 1878 as St. Domingo’s FC, becoming Everton FC the following year. The blue was there at the very beginning, with a striped number, before switching to a cool red diagonal on black for the 1881-82 season. They turned out in a few pinks, chequers, halves, a salmon and even red (yes red!). It would be 23 years before they settled on their now famous blue and white coloured strip. The blue has certainly brought the club success over their long history. They’ve won England’s top league nine times. The first win being in the salmon shirt of 1890-91. They’ve won the FA Cup 5 times.
