Shipping
UK shipping
All prints and posters have shipping included. For items that require a postage fee, it will be added at checkout. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Use ‘Next Day’ for express items.
International shipping
There is a fee for shipping to countries outside the UK. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
We aim to dispatch orders on the day of purchase on business days, Mon to Fri. Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays go into the post the same day. Orders after 3pm are shipped the next working day.
Returns
Non-personalised prints/posters
Most of our prints and posters are made to order. Returns are accepted for any non-personalised items that have not been opened and/or used. It must be returned in the original packaging at the customers own cost. Once it has returned and we have checked it for resale quality, we will then issue a full refund.
Personalised prints/posters (Please Read)
Every personalised print/poster is made to order. If you purchased your item with a personal name or information on it, we cannot accept returns. This is because it is a personalised item and we cannot resell it. If you have any further questions about returns, please email us on the address below.
Where to send returns
If you need to return an item, please use the return address printed and provided on the packaging. If you are unsure where to return an item, or cannot see or find an address, please email us and we will forward the address to return it to. Sustainability
Environment matters
We love the environment and we need to protect it more that ever. All Dinkit packaging is recyclable and plastic-free. We use high quality and robust cardboard tubes with metal endcaps instead of plastic, paper tapes and clear sleeves made from starch which are a brilliant alternative to the plastic ones. They can go straight into compost and will degrade naturally. Our tissue paper is also acid-free. All paper tissue cut-offs are also used for protecting the larger prints in transit. All our waste paper in the studio can be reused and is often used for our test prints and what we don’t use goes into recycling.
The paper we use for our prints is FSC Certified, meaning it is sourced from sustainable forests. The paper manufacturing is free from harmful chemicals such as lignin, acid and optical brightening agents (OBAs).
We operate out of our own small independent studio. We come up with the ideas, we design, we print and we pack. Everything is managed by us here.
